These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoToPage services, including our AI-powered transcription and content generation features, accessible via our website and related platforms (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

VideoToPage is an innovative tool designed to transform media files into rich, reusable content. Our Service allows users to upload video content, which is then processed to generate transcriptions, summaries, thematic analyses, and other forms of written content. The Service is subject to certain limitations, including a maximum upload length of 5 hours and restrictions on the use of illegal content. Free usage is limited to 5-minute uploads under our Fair Use policy.

3. User Registration and Account Management

To access the Service, users must register and provide their name and email address. User information is protected with Google-grade security and stored on Google Cloud in Europe. By registering, users agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Users will receive product updates via email upon signing up and can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, except in cases where copyright infringement is claimed or the content is deemed illegal. VideoToPage respects the intellectual property rights of all parties and complies with copyright laws.

5. Usage Policies and Restrictions

The Service may not be used for uploading illegal or adult content. Users are expected to adhere to our Fair Use policy regarding free uploads.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

VideoToPage does not guarantee the accuracy of the AI-powered transcriptions and analyses. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated content. VideoToPage disclaims all liability for any harm or damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Modification of Terms and Service Updates

VideoToPage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email and must accept the updated Terms to continue using the Service.

8. Termination of Service

VideoToPage may terminate a user's access to the Service for violations of these Terms, including the upload of illegal or adult content. Users can terminate their service at any time and request a zip file of their content. A 30-day retention policy applies to all user data.
